PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING- This opportunity is fully remote and hours will be adjusted to time zones accordingly. Additionally, this opportunity will more than likely NOT be extended past the end date.

Responsibilities-

• Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.
• Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget. Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
• Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.
• Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Develops and manages project timelines.
• Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.

Requirements-

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Additional Details-

• 
  Monday - Friday 8-5pm EST - open to being flexible re: hours / time zone and locations working remotely
• Self-starter – someone who is ready to dive in without much training and discover the project scope
• Strong excel skills
• Strong PM skills – managing multiple projects at once.
• Agility – easily shifts gears from one project to another
• Attention to detail
• Digital production knowledge
• Compliance filing experience (CMS and state DOI filings)
• Production/versioning grid experience – prepare assets with multiple variations in product/markets/brands for production
• For a faster transition it would be very helpful to have someone with Medicare experience.
