Our location in Columbus, OH currently has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator- Packaging. This site is Abbott’s oldest nutrition manufacturing plant in the world. Working here, you’ll feel part of a family – a family of 400 that works together to help nourish the world.

Please note: This is an overnight shift position from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am and allows you to have every other weekend off. Hours and days are below AFTER you are fully trained. Training will be during day shift hours from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm for 4-12 months from your start date.

WHAT YOU’LL DO as a Manufacturing Operator

• Safely operate the high-speed production equipment that makes our industry-leading nutrition products
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials
• Complete workorder documentation
• Perform quality checks
• Clean equipment and the production environment
• Troubleshoot equipment issues

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING

Required

• High school diploma or GED

Preferred

• Packaging experience
