The Manager, Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day IT operations and for the direct management and supervision of the Information Technology team. The ITS Manager works closely with the Sr. Director of Information Technology regarding overall alignment of IT operations with the organizational strategic plan in support of MTNs Mission and vision.
