Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Location: Midland Tx
Salary Range: 140k-170k plus Bonus(Relocation 25k)
Requirements: Bachelors degree, 7+ yrs of maintenance in cement industry or heavy industrial environment.
This position is responsible for managing all facets of the maintenance department at the Plant. This includes preparing an annual and long term maintenance plan and budget, performing annual employee performance evaluations, securing specialized contract support, upgrading the skills of the departments personnel, assuring adherence to safety policy and procedures, and further development of the preventative maintenance program. Direct the employees in the various departments under his/her supervision in implementing the maintenance plan in a safe and cost-effective manner. During the creation of the maintenance plan insures that it is aligned with corporate plans to promote the success, profitability, and sustainability of the Plant.
Insures all activities are carried out with full consideration for the safety of all employees.
- Develops and carries through an annual and long range maintenance plan to ensure optimum equipment and operation efficiency.
- Develops an annual budget to meet the criteria of the maintenance plan. Manages all activities to that budget.
- Implements maintenance plan through direction of the maintenance department. Insures that a predictive, preventive, and contingency maintenance plan is being carried out in as safe and efficient manner.
- Bachelors in engineering, manufacturing, or similar required
- 7 years minimum experience the cement industry or in a heavy industrial application
- Fundamental knowledge in business administration, accounting, and finance
- Working knowledge of MSHA regulation
- A minimum of 7 years mechanical, process, or chemical experience required.
