Lead Electro Mechanical Technician - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Franklin Park, IL

**7:00am - 7:00pm rotating schedule with every other weekend off!

Compensation:

• Pay starting at $35/hr. and up based on experience

Must Haves:

• Must have at least 2 years’ experience supervising and leading a team

• At least 3 years’ experience working in an industrial field and/or minimum 2 years of completed technical school

• Experience working with Plastic Thermoforming and/or Extrusion processes

**Job Responsibilities:

**

• This is a working Lead posisition

• Manage & Drive the Preventative Maintenance Program

• Support & follow the Process Safety Management Program elements

• Schedule resources to complete scheduled inspections & component replacement plans, as required

• Completion of required documentation to meet Safety, Environmental and Pactiv Production system elements

• Responsible for education & training, and leadership of up to 15 employees and their daily work assignments

• Lead & supervise the parts crib stocking and storage strategy to meet the goals of our MRO inventory reduction plan

• Directly overseeing plant start-up and shutdown procedures to save energy and prevent machine wear

You should be proficient in:

• Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Machine Safety Inspections
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Thermoforming Experience

Salary info:

$28 - $35 / hr
