We are currently looking for experienced Line Cooks for a prestigious restaurant in the heart of Willamette Valley.

Job Title: Experienced Line Cook

We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team in Yamhill County. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be able to read and follow recipes with precision. The Line Cook will report directly to the Head Chef and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presentation standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when handling food
• Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of food and supplies
• Communicate with the Head Chef regarding any issues or concerns related to the kitchen

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook
• Ability to read and follow recipes with precision
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
