Responsibilities:
  • General exposure to the business and legal team (3 attorneys with varying backgrounds)
  • Assistance in implementing company-wide contract management system
  • Collection and review of all Medical Director, Call and Professional Services Agreements and alignment with physician compensation
  • Corporate governance work (especially updating / maintaining entity management and governance records)
  • Drafting / reviewing agreements (NDAs, BAAs, simpler vendor agreements)
  • Potential to attend litigation events (mediations, interviews, etc.)
  • Legal Research
Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong project management and writing skills
  • Knowledge and experience with multimedia content
  • Experience with social media and/or collaboration platforms
  • Interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and teamwork
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritize, organize and multitask
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision

EDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in a related field of the internship.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
