How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
This position is responsible for helping develop and improve the employee capabilities to meet business and budget objectives and enhance the overall employee experience.
Primary responsibilities fall within the areas of Employee Engagement, Talent Development and Performance Management.
In partnership with subject matter experts, field-based and executive management team and corporate training & development leaders this role will identify training
needs, develop and facilitate training courses, track and maintain training records using learning management system.
Employee Engagement
-
Collaborates with HR Leadership to coordinate the employee engagement survey process; interpret and communicate results to South Division senior leadership.

In partnership with the Division Vice President Human Resources, analyze engagement study results and formulate multi-year strategic recommendation to enhance the quality of the employee experience and drive cultural transformation that supports business objectives.

Proactively works with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate the development and implementation of strategic workplace design initiatives that drive desired behaviors and support employee well-being.
Talent Development

Assists in strategy development, design and execution of best-in-class talent management solutions.

Identifies, assesses and diagnoses organizational challenges through data gathering, benchmarking, research and analysis; provides recommendations to enhance talent programs and service delivery based on internal and external trends.

Support and/or manages a range of special projects from design to implementation; supports ongoing improvements to practices/processes.

Actively engages across all talent management work streams for the opportunity to develop your own capabilities and provide thought leadership across the organization.

Creates tools, resources and training templates for managers, employees and HR in all areas of talent management.

Supports teammates in talent management programs such as Leadership Development and competency development.
Performance Management Job Description:

Coordinate and execute the performance management process and tools (planning, tracking/mid-year review, year-end review, calibration).

Administration of the performance management system, ensuring accurate data, content and reporting is in place.

Create reference guides and training templates for managers, employees, and HR.

Prepare and deploy cyclical process communications throughout the business.

Aggregate performance evaluation data to identify broad patterns and developmental training needs.

Serve as a performance management and talent development process SME for escalated questions from HR.

Act as a change management agent during an upcoming transition to a new performance management platform.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communication, Business or related field. In lieu of degree, consideration for up to 4 years of additional related experience may be accepted.
Type of Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the delivery and evaluation of training programs to include experience in the creation of talent and leadership development curriculum.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge in Distance/Blended Learning techniques including needs assessment; development and design of distance learning training materials; training delivery, platform skills, and follow-up assessment techniques.

Knowledge of Learning & Development (L&D) technology tools to improve customer and personal productivity.

Knowledge of adult learning theory and evaluation techniques including needs assessment; development and design of training materials; training delivery, platform skills, and follow-up assessment techniques.

Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Must have excellent organizational, written and oral communication, listening and presentation skills including the ability to effectively present and discuss information and respond to questions from employees and managers.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Google.
