We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Lead Front End Developer to join our dynamic team in the technology industry. As a Lead Front End Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain our cutting-edge web applications. You will be working with the latest technologies and frameworks, including React.js, Node.js, AWS, Redux, TypeScript, and more. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain our web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain high-quality code using React.js, Node.js, Redux, TypeScript, and other technologies
• Ensure that the code is scalable, maintainable, and meets the highest standards of quality
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve code quality
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the code is thoroughly tested and meets the acceptance criteria
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and share your knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development using React.js, Node.js, Redux, TypeScript, and other technologies
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience with full-stack development is a plus
• Experience with Jest or other testing frameworks is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
