Your R ole:

The ideal candidate will be a person of sound experience in international tax and accounting matters, including tax reporting and transfer pricing. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with implementation of international tax strategies, research, and compliance. A strong working knowledge with Excel is required, with the ability to navigate through and modify complex planning and compliance models.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist Director of International Tax in tax planning projects by taking a leadership role in managing projects through to completion.
• Coordinate and manage transfer pricing compliance requirements.
• Must have familiarity with automated tax provision and compliance systems such as One Source
• Assist in the management of income tax audits, including advocacy of the company's international tax positions with governmental bodies.
• Provide support for calculations of earnings & profits, Subpart F, GILTI and foreign tax credits limitations.
• Assist with cash repatriation planning to fund U.S. debt.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with corporate partners in Planning and Analysis, Financial Services, Accounting, Treasury, Legal and IT to ensure that corporate information and support needs are consistently met.
• Be self-supportive in accessing and analyzing relevant financial data.

• Excellent at workload prioritization and resource management. Develops and manages processes that are effective and efficient through digitalization tools.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, preferably wit MST or LLM
• International Tax experience
• 4+ years of professional experience in Taxation and Accounting
• A motivated professional with the ability to work independently or as a team
