Grand re-opening of a growing full service coffee shop, located in a busy area, looking to bring on an excellent team of baristas!

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for coffee shop life and a solid coffee knowledge to lead our team. Candidates must have at least 3 years experience at a 3rd wave coffee shop.
Pay is starting $18 + tip (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks and make sure all drinks served are consistently per our quality standards
• Train new staff
• suggest new menu items
• make sure the cafe is clean at all times
• restock shelves
• prepare inventory and orders to suppliers
• solve any issue that arises within the team
• cover shifts when other baristas can't make it
• Ensure customers have a great experience, listen to their feedback and resolve any complaints

Requirements:

3 years + barista experience

• strong coffee knowledge including espresso dial in and solid latte art
• excellent customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
