Position Overview:

A SmithBox Jewelry Sketch Professional pays close attention to detail and possesses illustration talents. We value communication and collaboration with clients and teammates in order to stay organized, effectively managing your time in order to meet deadlines. Your digital and hand-drawn sketches help turn client's ideas into their dream jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Freehand sketch ability and talent to draw, illustrate and portray customer ideas
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Sketch
• Provide excellent customer design experience training on the SmithBox family of tools
• Interpret, organize, illustrate and improve customer design submissions, thereby creating engaged customers and facilitating revenue growth
• Contribute substantially to the articulation, interpretation and realization of client design projects
• Willingness to cross-train and perform duties in ANY functional group where help is needed, not just solely in sketch
• Follow established service procedures, policies and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer revision requests and discussions
• Control and utilize time and assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Skills

• Attention to detail and organized
• Freehand drawing talent
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Sketch
• Experience with graphic design and hand-drawn illustrations
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and especially listening
• Strong time management and accountability talents, with the ability to assess, prioritize and complete the required tasks
• Proven working experience, creativity and a passion for the jewelry industry
• Excellent motivation to work across all business units and roles within the company
• Critical thinking and great problem-solving skills
• Collaborative approach and team player

• This is a FULL TIME job (40 hours a week). Do not apply if you're still in school and seeking part-time.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
