IT Data Entry Assistant

This position will be 15 hours a week and will transition to fully remote after training is completed.

SUMMARY:

Complete task related to data entry and modification in clinical imaging work. Ability to work independently, but with awareness to seek assistance as needed.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Input, verify, modify, maintain accurate data into our company's clinical imaging systems

Verify accuracy of work; QA data as assigned

Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets as needed

Track work completed in spreadsheets to ensure audit and no duplicate work

Review and correct data errors as needed

Communicate any data discrepancies to relevant team members; seek assistance when data modification path unclear

Complete assigned tasks within specified time frames

Utilize common office environment applications

Have basic understand of patient confidentiality and HIPAA rules in order to comply with relevant regulations

Ability to work as an individual

Other duties as assigned

BASIC KNOWLEDGE:

Basic understanding and familiarity with computer systems and office applications
