JOB SUMMARY
The HR Support Coordinator is the first contact in the HR Office and is responsible for providing professional administrative support to new and existing team members. Duties include greeting team members at the front desk, researching questions in our HR systems, providing solutions or direction and working in close partnership with all HR Team Members and Leadership to be a credible resource for our applicants and Team Members.
The HR Support Coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. Must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
