At WelbeHealth, we are transforming the reality of senior care by providing an all-inclusive healthcare option to our most vulnerable senior population, while serving as a care provider and care plan to those we serve.

Our Health Plan Services (HPS) team helps make the impossible possible for these seniors. We are looking for a compliance professional to help oversee & conduct WelbeHealth HPS operations audits and assist with oversight of policies and procedures to enhance participant care and ensure regulatory compliance.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Oversee auditing schedule for internal HPS and within its related entities
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and provide outcomes to the department supervisor
  • Conduct external audits of vendors to ensure that agreements are being implemented as devised in contracts
  • Contribute to WelbeHealth’s overall compliance vision by upholding excellence partnerships with federal and state regulators

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with regulatory bodies, including responding to audits and inquiries within the healthcare industry required.
  • Strong organization, analytical, time management, and communication skills
  • Aptitude for critical thinking under elaborate circumstances and synthesizing ambiguous data into concrete results

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 annually + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
