Job Overview:
We are seeking new hardscape crew members to join our team. Primary Tasks include a variety of hardscape services for our clients including construction of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps and small structures.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks that the crew leaders give to you each day.
- Ensure safety of crew by following guidelines and protocols.
- Load & unload equipment, tools and materials needed to complete daily tasks.
- Operate small machinery at the shop and on jobsite.
- Aid in the construction of paver patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
- Aid in the construction of pergolas and privacy screens.
- Install large boulders, steps and gravels.
- General drainage work and burying downspouts.
- Install LED low voltage outdoor lighting.
- Basic grading, seeding, and sodding.
- General clean up of the shop and tools.
Qualifications:
- Motivated team player with a positive attitude.
- Perform heavy lifting and work in all weather conditions.
- Have reliable transportation and be dependable.
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Experience in the landscape/ hardscape industry - Preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and hard worker.
Compensation:
- Full time. ($18 - $22 an hour based on experience and skills)
- Signing Bonus. (received after 60 days of employment and having perfect attendance)
- 401K with 3% company match.
- 5 paid holidays.
- 40 hours of PTO after first season and return to work for second season.
- Company uniform provided.
- Attendance Bonus: Monthly.
Schedule:
- Full time 40 hours a week.
- Monday to Friday.
- 7:45am-4:45pm.
- Work Saturdays only in peak season in Spring and Fall.
