SEEKING GAMING AND OPERATIONS ANALYST:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve the performance and profitability of the casino gaming and marketing departments. Additionally, analysis and recommendations for Company operations will be part of your job duties. You will monitor and evaluate the results and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • You enjoy working with data and numbers to analyze business and gaming performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • You have experience with software support and sharing systems expertise.
  • You can produce timely and accurate reports with statistics that support decision making and optimize efficiency and profitability

Required Job Skills/Experience:

  • Analytics - translating raw SQL data into insights for problem-solving using statistical modeling in Excel and other tools (willing to train SQL to the right candidate with sufficient experience with other query writing language)
  • Communications - preparing and presenting clear and concise reports and recommendations to internal customers. Resolving technical issues with external vendors.
  • Process Improvement - reviewing process steps for opportunities to implement custom software tools and training aids to resolve operational issues.
  • Casino or Gaming Experience Highly Preferred (candidates with out previous gaming experience may not be eligible for remote work OR may be required to be onsite for training period)
