As Front Office Manager, your role at Whole Life Psychiatry is integral to our success. As a liaison between our provider and our patients, you are the first point of contact and a critical part of our team. DUTIES
In general, the duties of the Front Office Manager are:
1. Answering phones
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Verifying insurance benefits
4. Greeting patients/patient check-in
5. Updating patient records
6. Processing payments
7. Billing insurance and tracking payments
8. Completion of prior authorizations
9. Opening and closing the office

Monitor cleanliness of store throughout the day: sweep, mop, and clean and restock restrooms as needed. Collect and organize shopping carts within the store and
Perform inter-oral procedures as directed by dentist. Instruct patient in proper dental techniques, care of appliances, and causes of dental decay.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our rapid prototyping and integration programs. Experience managing an EVMS program.
Basic reading and math skills. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical. Accurately receiving/sorting and stocking parts.
We will be offering Full-Time shifts for Monday-Friday. Position details assisting Guests with wheelchairs and providing wayfinding when needed.
