Position Summary:

Front End Leads are critical to the success of our Front End and Co-op. The position supports the Front End Manager in ensuring excellent customer outcomes, effective team leadership, a positive and safe work environment, organized and efficient operations, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes.

Location: 740 7th Street East, Saint Paul, MN 55106

Schedule: Current shifts available include Tuesday-Saturday 2pm- 9:30pm, or Sunday 2pm-9:30pm, Monday 2pm-9:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 6am-3:30pm.

Essential Job Functions:

This position requires frequent standing as well as walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, stooping, pulling, fine motor manipulation, climbing (ladders), lifting of up to 30lbs, the ability to work on a point of sale system and to move around our store and storage rooms with or without reasonable accommodation.
