The Operations Manager in Training is dedicated to making the fitness experience at our clubs an exceptional one. They create a clean, fun and friendly environment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service.
The opportunity is there to be promoted to higher management positions such as Operations Manager, Member Service Manager, Area Manager and District Manager.
Assistant Operations Manager's are full-time. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, and receive a complimentary membership, along with benefits. Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 1-3 years management experience. A Passion for Health and Fitness Required
