We are seeking a Floor Supervisor for an inpatient locked psychiatric facility. Floor Supervisors provide direct supervision of counselors and program staff, ensuring all aspects of the program are functional, safe, and compliant.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a H.S. diploma with at least 2 years experience with mental health or related care providing field

• At least 1 year of experience in inpatient care

• At least 1 year experience with forensic population

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct floor based supervision of counselors

• Crisis intervention

• Ensuring program schedule is being implemented

• Supervising weekly locker and room searches

• Maintaining resident storage (off unit)

• Collaborating with other disciplines as it relates to resident care / program

• Reporting unit affairs to Clinical Director

• Supervising in Periodic chart audits

• Performing other duties as assigned by the Clinical/Program Director or Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Dept. of Public Health requires COVID-19 vaccination (initial vaccination and at least one booster) for SNF facilities.
