About the Role:*
Finance Analyst supports strategic leadership in and coordination in the company's administrative, business planning, accounting, payroll, and budgeting efforts.

*
Duties and Responsibilities:*

  • Coordinates, and monitors the company's financial programs and supporting information systems including budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and conservation of assets.
  • Analyzes costs, operations, and forecasts data on services and program activities in coordination with, Managers, and Providers to monitor progress in meeting program financial targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to assist company administration in performing their responsibilities.
  • Recommends changes and improvements in financial and management information systems for the company.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
  • Assists in the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, bank statement reconciliation, account maintenance, account payments, and data entry
  • Prepares financial statements, financial reports, financial analyses, financial forecasting, and bonus, and dividend distributions
  • Assists in implementing finance, accounting, and auditing procedures and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
  • Interacts with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations

Education/Experience:*

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field required
  • Master’s Degree a plus
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience required

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,436.00 - $82,383.00 per year
