Job Description:
The Finance/Accounts (Operations Specialist II) is responsible for performing specialized operational securities processing activities in support of the firm’s business lines. This would include activities such as; instruction receipt and authentication, entry instruction and verification (dual controls), processing and recording, reporting and acknowledgement, and reconciliation. Some areas where these activities would take place include Trade Entry, Foreign Exchange Processing, Trade Settlement, Corporate Action Processing, and Research Notification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:-
Strong communication skills- Strong analytical skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately- Understanding of global custody, equity finance, prime brokerage or securities lending industry.- Familiarity with Securities Lending applications such as Global One, Equilend, Loanet a plus.-
BS/BA- 0-1 years industry experience; securities lending a plus
