We are searching for an extraordinary dog walker to join our first-class dog-walking team!

Snappy Paws is Northwest Chicago's premiere private dog walking and pet-sitting provider. We are looking for people passionate about dogs to join our fantastic team! This job is fun for people who love staying active outdoors, working independently, and spending time with new canine companions! Most work is available Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. We also will have additional earning opportunities evenings/weekends/holidays.

We service Albany Park, Avondale, Belmont Cragin, Harwood Heights, Norridge, Old Irving, Portage Park, and nearby communities.

Compensation:

• $9.50 to $11 per walk (before any bonuses or tips)
• $19 to $22 / hour (based on previous staff wages)
• $1000 to $1200 / month
• 100% client gratuity

The responsibilities:

• Create a safe and positive walking environment for our client's pets
• Follow the client-provided care instructions, including training preferences
• Provide detailed and attentive care for our client's cats
• Give our clients first-class customer service with a personal touch
• Communicate with staff via phone/text and photographs
• Contribute to the team effort by working as a team player
• Practice time management to ensure on-time arrivals for all assigned visits
• Travel to our office location upon request
