As a Lifecycle Strategist, you will use consumer insights, critical thinking skills, business objectives and creativity to design an engaging Retail customer journey while delivering on business goals. You will have a test and learn mentality continually refining the customer journey through market tests, pilot programs, and more. You will have comfort innovating down to the details, will have a can-do attitude, and will be a champion of ideas as your role will require energy towards not only optimizing the customer experience but defining areas of opportunity. As such, your project management, collaboration, and presentation skills must be strong as you’ll need to drive buy-in and motivate without direct influence to trail-blaze.
