We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work in a team with great communication skills, work ethic and can handle multiple tasks. Spanish speaking and previous dental experience preferred but not required.

Job Description:

• Front desk receptionist: Checking in/outpatients, scheduling appointments, maintaining re-care appointments, managing front patient flow with clinical coordination, answering phones, collecting co-payments, listen to voicemails and answer emails/patient questions and quality control checks.
• Treatment plan coordinator/billing: Confirming treatment plans according to insurance information and inform patients of co-pay and offering payment options.
• Insurance verification: verify insurances through phone, fax or online before each patient's appointment and insurance breakdown.
• Billing: Managing aging.
