Job Summary
Under general direction, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education and experience, to work with the Investment Banking Experience team to develop, execute, and support strategic and experienced-focused initiatives for the platform. Supports efforts to implement a unified strategic and operational vision for excellent client and employee experience. Works on projects that drive operational improvements with a foundation in lean, user-friendly technology, well-designed and deliberate workflows, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and analytical and data-driven decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports the execution of strategies to accomplish client and employee experience-oriented services and goals.
- Work with Experience team, internal leaders, and Investment Banking senior management to execute on projects and tasks.
- Undergo training to learn the intricacies of the data structures and schemas leveraged by investment banking in addition to the BI tools to support reporting needs.
- Development of new reports using Business Intelligence and Microsoft tools.
- Manage requests and updates to existing reports in a timely fashion
- Support leadership data requests and presentation support.
- Manage cadenced reporting and work with appropriate liaisons to ensure timely delivery of report packaging
- Partner with team on supporting the creation and implementation of operational improvements and well-designed workflows to the business that support a positive and efficient experience ultimately supporting revenue growth.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned and needed.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of
- Fundamental concepts, principles and practices of Investment Banking.
- General business intelligence data tools and statistical analysis
- Understanding of relational databases
Skill in
- Analytical and data-driven insights
- Organizing and managing problems and workflows
- Experienced in identifying trends and recommending appropriate action
- Attention to detail in all areas of work products
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think independently sufficient to market ideas.
- Deliver high standards of quality and evaluate products, services, and own performance against those standards.
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software application to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, and spreadsheets.

- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, including senior Investment Banking management.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
Education/Previous Experience
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- OR ~
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
