Summary

We are looking for an experienced individual with a heart for children and a passion for education. This job is Monday through Friday days (no nights or weekends), paid time off, 50% off tuition for children, where each day is full of fun, fellowship, and learning opportunities.

Duties

• Implement curriculum and plan appropriate activities to enrich experiences.
• Create a caring and safe environment for children.
• Communicate, listen, and work well with adults and children.
• Develop positive relationships with the children, parents, and staff.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and other staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of professional childcare experience in group center preferred.

• 
  Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education

OR

• Self-Study/Online Courses: Introduction to the Child Care Profession AND Skills and Strategies for the Child Care Teacher

• Wisconsin Registry Certificate.
• Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Mandated Reporter Training.
• Shaken Baby/Abusive Head Trauma Prevention Training for Child Care Providers.
