• Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children under your care.
• Communicate directly with parents and prospective parents to achieve success for the child.
• Help with meal and snack preparation, feeding children and modeling table manners at family-style meals.
• Maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is safe, clean and organized.

• Passion for working with children and developing young minds!
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work – no nights or weekends! Experience working in a licensed. a childcare facility is a plus but not required – we will train!
