Job Description

We are is currently seeking to fill a new data entry clerk position. This is a FT / In-person position (Monday - Friday). This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, problem solving skills and time management skills. The Data Entry Clerk reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Create spreadsheets to track important information and sales

Maintains database by entering new and updated account information.

Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Verifies entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

Provide occasional administrative support.

Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.

Skills / Qualifications:

Organization skills

Analytical

Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus

Experience in data entry (2+ years)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
