The Opportunity

This role offers a balanced combination of appointment setting with homeowners and data entry tasks. The Responsibilities

The position consists of calling homeowners, data entry, and detailed CRM updates in varying amounts per day. Candidates must be proficient with basic computer literacy tools, mainly google apps (Gmail, Google Drive, etc), and able to follow our company’s procedures.

As a Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Calling homeowners to set up appointments for our client companies.
  • Accurately entering and updating customer information into our CRM.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Utilizing Google Workspace applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, for data entry and document management.
  • Maintaining attention to detail to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Have a positive, respectful, professional, and empathetic attitude with customers and coworkers.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the services and industries we provide.
  • Be able to acknowledge and problem solve any customer issues/conflicts that may arise.
  • Record and analyze customer interactions and records.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Have a quick response rate for customer inquiries
  • Manage emails, calls, and texts from customers.
  • And be able to navigate through multiple systems to provide accurate and up to date information.

The Qualifications

While experience is helpful it is not necessary, and many of the skills you’ll use as part of the Leed Seed team will be taught as you go.

  • Basic computer literacy and a strong grasp of Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not a necessity.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills to engage with homeowners effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A desire to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Time management and Prioritization skills
  • Active Listening skills

Strong work ethic and the ability to apply skills taught during training are all important; but the most important qualification is that you are driven and coachable.

Compensation

  • This position is currently 1099.
  • Hourly rate equivalent to $17.00.
  • Bonuses for setting appointments and some other revenue generating tasks.
  • Opportunities for career advancement within the company.

Pay Period

Every two weeks paid one week in arrears.

Schedule

This is a full time position, so you must be available for a full time schedule during the day. Weekend availability is also appreciated.
