Account Servicers are dedicated to providing exceptional deposit support to branch teams located within all divisions of CNB Bank. They are responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and processing requests regarding deposit accounts in order to meet the needs and expectations of our clients. This includes reviewing all deposit accounts, documentation, and following all specific state regulations dependent to where accounts are established, and services are provided.

PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL TEAM SUPPORT
Effectively prioritize internal and external requests in order to quickly provide answers to all inquiries by branch and operational staff. Develop knowledge and expertise in the multiple systems that hold customer information to support any inquiry relating to deposit accounts to deliver a WOW experience.

Perform accurate review and research for all maintenance, transactional and client related activity and requests. Adhere to Bank policy and regulations set forth at the Federal and State levels. Maintain and follow adequate and up to date job specific written procedures. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of deposits. Learn and know the reasoning behind each job duty assigned so that any inquiries can be responded to with an educated answer. Actively assist with compiling requested documents for internal and external audits.
SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Take advantage of various development opportunities by enrolling in webinars and Bank offered courses to help build knowledge of departmental processes. As knowledge and experience advance, there will be opportunities to promote to Account Servicer II, III and Team Leader.
Training Tracks are designed to help each employee understand how each job impacts other areas of the bank, provide tools to have effective conversations, and be successful in a new role. Annual, job-specific training opportunities are assigned and/or available for timely completion. Some travel may be required.
Requirements:QUALIFICIATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred. Successful completion of required background checks is required. TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Ability to use telephone systems and possess good computer skills including email, internet and intranet use. Prior experience or the ability to learn the core processing system, report system and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation.

This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite.
