What you will be doing:

• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items are prepared, plated and presented according to Lumiere recipes and standards
• Execute service in an efficient and accurate manner and with a sense of urgency
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

Your experience and skills include:

• 2+ years of culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or hotel
• Diploma/certification in a culinary discipline preferred
• Background in French cuisine is an asset
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
