We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of government contracts, including FAR/DFARS, CPFF, ITAR/EAR, and other related regulations. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of government contracts, including FAR/DFARS, CPFF, ITAR/EAR, and other related regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and prime contractors.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Manage contract modifications, extensions, and terminations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management and government agencies as required.
  • Participate in proposal development and pricing activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in government contract management in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CPFF, ITAR/EAR, and other related regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
