Job Description:
Assist with communication-based initiatives and activities.
Assess processes related to tasks or projects in communications.
Receive direction from leadership and exercise judgment while developing understanding of the processes used in communications.
Provide data to management and teams, including customers if needed.
Required Qualifications: 6+ months of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
TOP SKILLS:

- Understanding of how to speak and right proper language (specifically translating bank jargon into layman’s terms)

- Suite - Word/ Outlooks – templates (may occasionally utilize some Excel and/or PowerPoint)
SOFT SKILLS:
- Attention to detail (changing processes and procedures) – direction may change often
- Able to work with partners and create relationships
- Reaching out to business partners to get answers on issues or variables
- Managing timelines
Nice to have - JIRA
Years of Experience required:
- Writing content for an end-user customer (customer friendly documentation)
- Finance experience is very helpful (to understand context)
- 6 months – 1 year of experience
