Job Summary:

You will develop and lead a team of Collection s Specialists. You lead by example and coach on key behaviors to influence results, providing the correct solutions for delinquent banking accounts. You implement strategies within your team passed down from leadership as well as support Risk and Control Initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve employee and escalated customer problems and inquires
  • Ability to Work Evening Schedule: Monday - Friday ; 12:00pm - 9:00pm (10% Additional Shift Differential will apply)

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Minimum of two years management or leadership experience
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires phone-based customer interaction
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions with MS Office Suite
  • Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
  • Experienced in conflict resolution
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication/presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Collections or customer service experience in call center environment
  • Ability to delegate tasks and prioritize workloads among team members
  • Specialized functional or technical knowledge that allows for independent thought and action
