The Kimpton Cottonwood is a historical gem of a hotel that has quickly become the hot spot in Omaha! One of our most iconic locations within the hotel is our Cottonwood Room! This lounge is truly an ode to times gone by. We are looking for a cocktail server to join our amazing team in this jaw-dropping space.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about the guest experience, despises a monotonous day, has a sense of style, and loves to laugh.
What you'll do...
The Cocktail Server provides drinks and occasional food service to the guests. All while meeting service standards and presenting knowledge of the menus: stocking all service areas and maintaining adequate supplies throughout the shift, cleaning and stocking glassware, assisting with service of beverages, transportation of food trays to/from the dining room and cleaning of all public areas.
What you'll need ...
- Six months to one year of serving experience is preferred.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- 19 years or older.
- Weekend and evening availability
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
