Dynetics Technical Solutions (DTS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dynetics, is seeking talented CNC Machinists to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics Technical Solutions provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific and IT solutions.

The CNC Machinist must be capable of reading engineering drawings and CAD models to produce unique precision parts. Ideal candidate should also have experience in setup, and operation of a variety of machine tools including CNC Mills and CNC Lathes. Experience in the manufacturing of large aerospace components from exotic materials, such as Titanium, is a plus. 5-axis and/or mill-turn experience is a plus. Applicant must be able to work on different projects in an ever changing, rapid paced R&D environment with little or no assistance.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates must possess a High School diploma, GED or equivalent

Candidates must have at least one (1) year of precision machining experience on CNC Mills & CNC Lathes.

Candidates must have the ability to lift a minimum of 35+ pounds unassisted

Applicant must be able to work a full-time, 4-days per week 10-hours per shift, 2nd shift

Other Qualifications

Preference shown to candidates who have experience and/or working knowledge of:

• 5 axis machining experience with Siemens 840D controls
• (2) two years of 2D & 3D experience with a CAM software tool
• SURFCAM, Edgecam or Catia experience
• Experience machining in a proto type environment

Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
