Baker Tilly has an incredible career opportunity for a Change Management Senior Consultant to join our Transformation HUB team.
Baker Tilly is aggressively moving forward with our firm’s strategy to unleash and amplify talent. This role is internal to Baker Tilly and will focus on enabling technologies and transformation projects that are required to support our business goals and objectives. This role will require skills and competence that blend organizational change management, communications, training, business process impacts, and technical expertise across a complex transformation portfolio of projects.

What You Will Do
- Support activities across multiple organizational change disciplines including change readiness, stakeholder analysis, business process impacts, stakeholder engagement activities, communications, training, organizational design, and product adoption.
- Help drive changes related to people, processes, data, and technology.
- Create and execute key deliverables across change initiatives.
- Assess the current state, future state, and identify the transition state activities needed to enable successful organizational change at Baker Tilly.
- Analyze various stakeholder populations, identify change impacts, and assess the risk and readiness to drive downstream deliverables within communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and business process impacts.
- Create communications approaches and plans by project, assess communications vehicles to cascade messages, create formal and informal communications content, drive communications plan, and help establish change agent networks.
- Create training approaches and plans by project, create training content and deliverables (i.e., user manuals, quick reference guides, etc.)
- Drive adoption with the creation of scorecards, accountability models, and measures.
- Apply Baker Tilly’s structured change management methodology to key initiatives.
Participate in the ongoing evolution of Baker Tilly’s change management approach.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates for the Change Management Senior Consultant role will have:
- 2-3 years of experience serving in a change management role; previous related experience with owning tasks or supporting organizational change management activities related to technology, people, processes, software, and/or products, required.
- Prior technical experience as a change management consultant creating and owning formal work products (deliverables) including change plans and change management deliverables (i.e., stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, training plans, business process impacts, communications plans) and working across various stakeholder groups to engage stakeholders and manage change resistance.
- Experience with a formal organizational change management lifecycle (e.g., Prosci methodology), highly desirable.
- Experience working with requirements and creating end-user training.
- Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, highly desirable.
- Ability to collaborate well with others, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of a project.
- Knowledge of project management approaches, methodologies, and toolkits, highly desirable.
- Flexibility to travel as needed and work outside of normal business hours due to project commitments.
- Bachelor’s degree.
