• Full-time position, ability to work Tuesday - Saturday
• Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to achieve results through others
• Ability to manage a budget within guidelines based on the center's trends and projections
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues.
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
