We are looking for a cashier to join our team! Our ideal candidate is familiar with the entire store, including policies, products and inventory. The Cashier will be responsible for ringing up all merchandise for customers, collecting payment and making sure the checkout counter is clean and ready for the next customer.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
• Use effective communication skills when interacting with customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.
• Display a professional image at all times.
• Maintain attention to detail.
• Make decisions quickly and efficiently.
• Take the initiative to solve problems; learn new skills; and use self-initiative to improve work quality.
• Prepare reports of inventory status as requested by management staff.
• Analyze current stock trends and provide information to management staff.
• Estimate order requirements based on vendor estimates, sales trends and seasonal demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
