Caregiver/CNA Mentor – Lincoln City, OR

Salary: $20.00 per hour

We’re looking for Caregiver Mentors for our Lincoln City, OR office. The Caregiver Mentor inspires, encourages, and shepherds our Caregiver staff to ensure they have the training, tools, and confidence to thrive. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between new Caregivers, their clients, and the NH office, ensuring that new Caregivers have the tools and information they need to succeed

  • Reinforce office communications and trainings with new Caregivers

  • Assist new Caregivers on their first shift and provide on-the-job direct training and guidance (aka Mentor Shift)

  • Work caregiving shifts for clients, as needed

  • Maintain, develop, and optimize the 90 day program for new Caregivers

  • Serve as a brand ambassador and evangelize our core values to new Caregivers

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of in-home caregiving experience

  • Proven ability to encourage, teach, and inspire others

  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast paced environment while ensuring attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills via phone, in person, and in writing

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter who knows how to identify opportunities with recommended solutions

  • Ability to work as a team player in high stress situations and positive work ethic

  • Valid drivers license

  • Reliable transportation throughout our service area
