QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CCaaS, CPaaS and/or SaaS solution sales experience
  • Experience with contact center operations is a plus
  • Contact center industry knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate on multiple organizational levels from the CxO to the contact center agent
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Are you looking to join a team that is dedicated and passionate about transforming organizations by leveraging the latest omni-channel contact center platforms? In this role, you will be working with WWT Account Managers, Systems Engineers, and Global Engineering Team members to identify opportunities and propose solutions that deliver on business outcomes. You will also work closely with related Contact Center OEM's and be proficient at positioning the overall value of WWT's capabilities to drive alignment and customer focused success.

What will you be doing?

In the role of Sr Contact Center BDM you will need to be a self-starter with a background in sales of contact center solutions for enterprise, public sector or government accounts with the ability to clearly articulate the benefits of these solutions and of WWT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review the existing customer base to identify opportunities for any contact center migrations
  • Partner with internal WWT teams to position Contact Center solutions for customers
  • Develop customer use cases and configure systems to provide customized demonstrations
  • Perform demos of contact center solutions
  • Support in building bills of material and assist professional services in the development of statements of work
