Job Title: Inside Phone Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Inbound Inside Phone Sales Manager to join our gutter guard company. The primary responsibility of this position is to set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of call center experience or equivalent, along with a proven track record in inside phone sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. The candidate must be able to meet the target of setting 40% of our home show and event leads, 20-24% of our aggregate leads, and 45% of our exclusive digital leads. They will also be responsible for dispatching our sales team for no-show customers and leads that are out of territory to confirm. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and developing an inside sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set appointments for our sales team using phone sales techniques and scripts
  • Meet the target of setting 40% of our home show and event leads, 20-24% of our aggregate leads, and 45% of our exclusive digital leads
  • Dispatch our sales team for no-show customers and leads that are out of territory to confirm
  • Hire, train, manage, and develop an inside sales team
  • Maintain 500 outbound calls per day using our phone system
  • Hold the inside sales team to the same standard of 500 outbound calls per day
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including quality assurance and customer service standards.
  • Analyze call center data and develop strategies to improve call center performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, including marketing and sales.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of call center experience or equivalent
  • Proven experience in inside phone sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
  • Ability to meet sales targets and quotas
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field strongly preferred
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing an inside sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in using a phone system and other office software

Compensation:

The salary for this position will be between $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Other benefits such as health insurance, 401k, and paid time off will be provided after 90 days.
