Position details:
The Business Services Office Summer Intern Student is responsible for a variety of office administration tasks to ensure ongoing operations of the Business Services Office. The Intern Student will support BSO activity for various departments which may include providing assistance with scanning, mailing, preparing packets, portal access requests and project work as needed. This position may handle documents and information that may be confidential in nature and will require appropriate discretion in review and or/processing. The Business Services Intern is required to work onsite 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
  • The Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week program (Tuesday, May 30th thru Friday, Aug 11th)

Qualifications
  • All employees must reside within 100-mile radius of our new location at 16680 Balance Cove, Land O' Lakes, FL 34638.
  • Must be actively enrolled in a college or university and pursuing a degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field (Junior/Senior level students are preferred).
  • Class experience in prospective field is preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
