Job Description

●Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities and analyze sales options

●Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationship

●Establishing long-term relationships with clients to develop new business opportunities

●Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure ●Stay with trends and competitors to identify improvements.

●Manage relationships with Salesforce to harvest opportunities.

●Deliver against mutually agreed targets and KPIs discussed during the employment.

●Assist in recovering payments for outstanding invoices.

●Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

●Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job

●Participating in Salesforce Webinars

●Participate in joint pipeline development and management activities with Salesforce for assigned areas of responsibility

●Ensure that our products continue to be the best fit for our customers’ needs

●Demonstrated effectiveness in the use of solution-selling techniques to acquire and maintain customers

●Developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients, Salesforce, and internal account teams

●Participate in alliance partner events and functions

Requirement & Skills Needed:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or a Relevant Field

●3-6 years of business development experience (software sales)

●Experience as a Sales Executive in Salesforce Consultancy Firm or Salesforce itself

●Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

●Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

●Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.

●Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.

●A proven track record of proposing for and selling transformative business development engagements

●Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task

Specific Skills: Selling Skills, HubSpot, International Business Exposure, Executive Presentation Skills, Client Acquisition, Solution Selling, Outbound Sales, Identifying Sales Opportunities, Client Follow-up, Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
