Job Description

We are seeking an individual with Auto or RV internet sales experience (this is required.) Individual must live within 30-mile driving of Reno NV.

RV Country is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our BDR team as a BDR / Internet Department Agent. This role is responsible for facilitating customer engagement and creating interest in the RV lifestyle through personal interaction and the efforts of the BDC team. The successful candidate will possess excellent phone and communication skills, be self-motivated and enthusiastic, and have the ability to multitask and navigate multiple software(s) concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys through digital and direct phone engagement
  • Manage and document processes in the CRM tool and software(s)
  • Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills for written communication
  • Coordinate and schedule customer sales appointments
  • Provide trustworthy customer experience feedback and after-sales support
  • Respond promptly to all customer inquiries
  • Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling, text, and email
  • Maintain and grow existing leads
  • Adhere to RV Country follow up structure and all new and existing leads.
  • Participate in weekly trainings and discussions
  • Escalate all issues to the BDC Team Lead supervisor for proper handling and resolution.

Must have Auto or RV inside sales or BDC experience. Must live in the Reno, Nevada area.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience as a business development agent, sales executive, or relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and Service scheduling software is a important
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus
  • 35+ WPM typing speed
  • Professional and friendly phone skills
  • Ability to work weekend hours
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software(s) concurrently.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

  • Proven conversion statistics

Education and Experience:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of business development experience (preferred)
  • Dealership/inside sales experience
