Job Description

The Account Manager will qualify sales leads, set appointments and track sales processes. The selected candidate must possess the core competencies and behaviors of an Account Manager, including: business acumen, driving for results, delivering results, customer focus, reliance, influencing and persuading, negotiation, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales through effective lead generation and prospect management
  • Follow the company sales process to produce qualified sales opportunities
  • Effectively use CRM to record calls, monitor progress and produce written sales reports
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations
  • Needs identification and analysis
  • Solution creation, cost and proposal generation
  • Accurately process customer transactions, orders and quotes

Requirements

  • Experience in the staffing industry
  • Experience selling professional services
  • Experience meeting one-on-one with Directors, Vice Presidents and C-Suite buyers
  • Experience significantly growing existing accounts and finding and closing new
  • Experience generating referrals
  • Ability to understand business needs and technology
  • Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
