Job Description

We’re currently looking for an innovative, action-oriented, ambitious self-starting Business Development and Marketing Analyst to join our parking operations team in Minneapolis, MN. In this role you’ll lead a variety of sales and marketing initiatives to help us achieve our annual revenue goals.

Interstate Parking is a rapidly growing managed parking solutions company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with 275 team members operating over 250 locations with more than 65,000 parking spaces in geographic markets spanning from California to Indiana. Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Customer Acquisition
    • Grow business relationships with current and potential customers and clients.
    • Develop and maintain corporate and group partnerships in the Twin Cities.
    • Create promotions and programs to introduce parking opportunities to potential clients.
    • Develop sales collateral to promote parking assets and increase revenues.
  • Rate Management and Analysis
    • Research market rates, compile key performance metrics, and determine location demand and utilization.
    • Monitor the impact of rate changes on revenue and occupancy.
    • Develop specific parking options and strategies optimized for each venue.
  • Monthly Revenue Forecasting
    • Support Operations and Accounting in developing annual revenue budgets.
    • Identify, communicate, and plan for variances.
