What Internships Are Available?
Two internship opportunities available in our Operations Department. Each intern will function as an Operations Intern supporting the Operations Team.
What are the Job Responsibilities?
The intern will provide support to the operations team as it relates to the hiring and managing of technical crews for sports, entertainment, and other live events, This candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will consist of:
1. Provide database management support within the Salesforce and Confluence systems.
2. Create and update Google Drive including Google documents, sheets & forms to aid in organization and special projects
3. Support Operations Travel Coordinator with travel reconciliation, including but not limited to requesting hotel folios and transportation receipts.
4. Onboard new employees
5. Communicate with technicians to confirm and release events as well as distribute event information at the direction of the Crewers.
6. Assist with managing travel for technical crews, including airfare, hotel, and rental car bookings.
7. Coordinate credentials and other broadcast requirements on a per event basis.
8. Ensure work is on schedule and meets internal and client deadlines.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
What are the Terms and Conditions of the Internship?
1. Remote, temporary employment from 5/31/23 - 8/18/23 – some flexibility to start & end date based on student’s schedule.
2. 20-hour work week Monday–Friday, a schedule will be mutually agreed upon.
3. $20.00 / hour
4. Students and recent graduates may apply
5. Interns will not be eligible for Company benefits.
6. Dress code is business casual.
7. Desktop or laptop computer will be provided.
Qualifications
1. Must be 18+ years or older
2. Students in any major are welcome to apply (examples of closely related majors: Business Management, Business Administration, Sports Management)
3. Years in school: completed at least 2 years at an accredited college or university
4. Detailed oriented and organized
5. Team player
6. Strong analytical skills
